2. Contact form
When you submit our inquiry form, we process the data you enter (name, business email, company, country, message) solely to respond to your inquiry and conduct the resulting business correspondence. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering business inquiries).
Form submissions are transmitted and stored by our processor Formspree, Inc. (USA). Data transferred to the USA is protected by standard contractual clauses. Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, Vercel automatically processes technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) in server logs for the purpose of securely delivering the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Email
Emails sent to our @vacuum-insulation-systems.com addresses are forwarded via Namecheap, Inc. (USA) to our business mailbox and are processed only for handling your correspondence.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not profile visitors. We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country, browser and device type). No cookies are set, no personal data is stored and IP addresses are not retained. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring and improving website usage).
6. Embedded videos (YouTube)
Some pages embed videos from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) using a click-to-load mechanism: no data is transmitted to Google until you actively click play. Once you start a video, YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) processes your connection data under its own privacy policy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent expressed by clicking play).
7. Your rights
