Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Shipping Boxes
Evaluate a passive VIP and coolant configuration for your medicines, shipment size and transport route. Start with the information you have; our team replies within 1 working day.
Parcel box or pallet shipper?

EV series: parcel-scale shipments
Start with EV-6 and EV-14 when comparing smaller shipping boxes. Check the space remaining after coolant placement against the actual product packaging.

Pallet shippers: consolidated loads
Evaluate the loading envelope, handling access and return arrangement for larger shipments. The reference technical sheet includes construction, assembly and a specific chamber test.
Explore pallet shippersProduct construction examples. The coolant layout and usable payload space must be confirmed for the selected configuration.
Define the permitted temperature range
Share the limits specified for your product, not only a nominal coolant temperature. A request for 4–8°C needs a different acceptance window from 2–8°C: a result below 4°C can meet the latter but not the former.
A published result for one box and pack-out is not a guarantee for another. Panel conductivity alone cannot establish whole-shipper holding time.
From your shipment to a configuration proposal
1. Describe the shipment
Start with journey duration, usable capacity or packaged payload dimensions, and the number of boxes. Mention the required temperature limits and destination if known.
2. Review the pack-out
Confirm coolant type, conditioning and placement; product starting temperature; payload loading; ambient conditions; and a margin for expected delays.
3. Agree the evaluation
Review the proposed box, sample requirements, test configuration and acceptance criteria. Confirm sample availability, MOQ, lead time and delivery terms in the project quotation.
What to check in a test report
- Exact box size, insulation construction and coolant quantity
- Coolant conditioning, payload or simulant, and loading diagram
- Ambient profile, sensor positions, temperature limits and end criterion
- Assembly, handling and reuse conditions relevant to the shipment
