Catalogue dimensions, in the published order. Box weight is not loaded shipping weight: coolant, goods and transport packaging must be accounted for separately. Confirm the drawing and pack-out revision before ordering.
EV-6 or EV-14?
Compare the packaged product against the loading dimensions, not the model number. EV-14 provides a larger loading envelope; check whether dividers, sensors or secondary packaging need additional clearance.
Qualify the complete pack-out
Specify the target temperature, journey duration, seasonal ambient profile and payload. Ask for the matching coolant quantity, conditioning procedure, loading drawing and test report. A catalogue duration alone does not establish suitability for a pharmaceutical shipment.
Plan return handling
Define cleaning, inspection and retirement criteria for the shell, closure and insulation. Include return freight and replacement components when comparing cost per trip.
