50 L is the nominal box capacity, not validated payload space after coolant is added. Confirm clear internal dimensions, handle positions, box weight, gross packed weight and carton dimensions before planning freight.
Check the real loading space
Send the packaged product dimensions, quantity and intended coolant. Ask for a loading drawing that includes lid clearance, dividers and any temperature logger. Do not derive usable dimensions from the external envelope.
Evaluate wheels, handle and closure
For sample review, agree the expected loaded mass and route surfaces. Check lifting into the vehicle, rolling over thresholds, handle grip, latch operation and cleaning access. Do not assume stacking or load ratings that have not been supplied.
Branding and export packing
