Ultra-thin VIP
Yinlin 2.0 ultra-thin VIP is intended for space-constrained thermal layouts, including battery-pack insulation. Select the footprint, edge clearance and electrical isolation requirements together with the thermal target.

Panel form and edge details
The product photographs show the ultra-thin series from several angles. Plan the finished shape before assembly; do not cut, drill or crease the vacuum envelope to make it fit.
Yinlin 2.0 specifications
Initial conductivity is specified at room temperature. The operating range and electrical test figures below are separate properties, not proof of complete battery-pack safety or thermal-runaway containment.
| Property | Specification |
|---|---|
| Initial conductivity at room temperature | ≤ 3.0 mW/(m·K) |
| Thickness | 1–5 mm |
| Panel size range | 100 × 100 to 600 × 1000 mm |
| Panel density | 400–550 kg/m³ |
| Service temperature | −40 to +90°C |
| Withstand-voltage test | 3800 V DC; leakage current <1 mA |
| Insulation resistance, stated at 500 V | 500 MΩ |
Brochure durability indicators
The Yinlin 2.0 brochure lists the following results. Request the matching test protocol and specimen construction for qualification; these figures do not establish a universal service-life guarantee.
| Condition | Reported result |
|---|---|
| 85°C / 85% RH, 1000 h; room-temperature reading | λ ≤ 3.0 mW/(m·K) |
| Copper acetate salt-spray test, 240 h | Δλ < 2 mW/(m·K) |
Battery-pack integration
Provide the available stack height, pack drawing, temperature profile, electrical isolation target and mounting loads. Evaluate heat retention, cooling paths and protective layers at pack level. Do not infer vehicle range or safety approval from panel conductivity alone.
